I devote my practice to representing employees in disputes related to their employment, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation suits. I am a devoted advocate for the rights of employees and am committed to seeking the best outcomes for all of my clients. I worked 21 years in higher education as a university professor and served on my institution’s tenure and promotion committee. I understand the unique employment disputes in higher education and have drawn upon this knowledge and experience in my advocacy for clients in academic settings. My background also provides me with an understanding of religious practices, beliefs and disagreements in cases involving religious discrimination in the workplace.
